THOUGHT CONTROL & TIME MANAGEMENT AT PYLE & KENFIG JUNIOR SECTION

GPS recently delivered a Brain Game Workshop to Junior Golfers at Pyle and Kenfig Golf Club in South Wales. The workshop explored the influence of thought processes on emotional reactions and confidence on performance. The workshop then looked how these can be controlled by effective time management in the key time zones in golf (i.e. the pre-shot routine, between shot routine, and post hole routine). The day was a great success and a second workshop is planned later this month.
