The Brain Game Workshop
The Brain Game Workshop can be conducted at your club or at a location of your choice. The workshops provide a fun, informative, and interactive examination of the mental skills and philosophies that are associated with improved golfing performance. Matthew’s unique blend of playing, coaching, and academic experiences provide participants with a fresh perspective of what golfing performance actually consists of and how it can be improved.
Currently, golfing performance revolves around swing technique, equipment technology, and the attainment of distance. It is hardly surprising that in recent years handicaps and standards have not improved. Although Golf Psychology Services acknowledges the importance of the physical elements of the game, to become truly successful and achieve ones potential requires that body and mind work together in harmony. The Brain Game Workshop is designed for golfers of all levels and will provide delegates with a simple introduction to golf psychology and generate practical tools that can facilitate performance improvement. |
Brain Game Golf Schools
A residential golf school at your club
Golf schools are a popular method to improve your golf game as they provide tuition that explores all aspects of your golfing performance. However, they can be expensive as they incur travelling costs and employ the services of various golf professionals for prolonged periods of time. Golf Psychology Services, in partnership with your resident golf professional offer unique golf schools that are held at your golf club, thus minimising travel expense and time. Brain Game Golf Schools allow you the equal opportunity to explore and refine both the physical and mental aspects of your golfing performance as delegates are coached either technically by your resident golf professional or psychologically by Matthew Ellis, your golf psychologist. Both sessions are interactive, informative, and conducted in a relaxed environment which is essential for effective learning. The sessions are held in a half or full day format and will usually include meals, refreshments, and prizes.
