Matthew also provides individual consultations for golfers of all levels. If you are an elite amateur, professional, or simply a dedicated weekend golfer, Matthew can provide you with a psychological framework that can form the basis of long term improvement and success.

Individual sessions can consist of
- Full performance profile and structured programme
- Communication with coaches to improve all areas of game
- Strategies to enhance confidence, concentration and mental toughness
- Goal setting and achievement strategies
- Anxiety control
- On-course observation and analysis
- Quality and simulated practice strategies
- Self-reflective techniques and performance analysis.
These session are highly indivudual and are conducted at Clays Centre of Excellence.
